This reviewer thinks that real Q-tips are by far superior to any other cotton swabs including another brand name and many store brands. Real Q-tips are the only ones that are consistently the same in shape and consistency. Store brands tend to shred which is not a good feature in a cotton swab. Some off brands have some swabs with hardly any cotton on them. Also not a good feature.
For the best cotton swab performance, your best bet is to spend the few extra coins and go with the real deal.
