Remember these girls? On Monday night they were back in my kitchen and this time I was treated to a dish called Bibimbap, a Korean dish which means something like "mixed rice."
The review goes like this:
White rice. Ground beef made with honey and soy sauce. Hot pepper sauce. Zucchini, peppers, onion, garlic, mushrooms, carrots and all kinds of sauce. An egg on top (I passed on that.)
Bibimbap is delicious and also a fun word to say. 10 +.
