For the past couple of years when an occasion for a good steak has come up, I have experimented with the different cuts of steak from Costco. The winner is the New York Cut steak.The review goes like this:
Tender, flavorful, thick and perfect, we have not had a disappointing one yet. I sprinkle salt and pepper on the steak, then rub a little olive oil over it. Then the grillmaster of the day grills them on high - 5 minutes on each side, lets them sit for a minute, resulting in a perfect delicious medium steak.

Can't believe you wrote this review. I was going to call you and ask you what was the cut of meat you had for the birthday party! Going to Costco.
